采用PAP法进行免疫组化染色测定84例宫颈组织的ER,PR含量,其中11例非肿瘤性宫颈组织,2例原位癌,7l例浸涧性宫颈癌。结果:正常宫颈组织及原位癌中受体阳性是ER,PR阳性、双阳性明显高于浸润性宫颈癌,P<0.05。浸润性宫颈癌中,2例分化好腺癌阳性,鳞状上皮癌69例,ER阳性,双阳性42%,PR阳性23.18%。高分化、中分化癌中受体阳性明显高于低分化癌,提示癌种分化程度不同,受体水平相应发生变化。所以在一定程度上受体水平高低能反映癌种的分化。说明一部分宫颈癌中,对性激素有一定依赖性,癌含有功能完好的ER、PR,提示对子宫颈癌患者辅以内分泌治疗可能有
PAP was used to detect the expression of ER and PR in 84 cases of cervical tissue. 11 cases of non-neoplastic cervical tissue, 2 cases of carcinoma in situ and 7 cases of diarrhea cervical cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive expression of ER and PR in normal cervical tissue and carcinoma in situ was significantly higher than that in invasive cervical cancer (P <0.05). In invasive cervical cancer, 2 cases were positive for differentiated adenocarcinoma, 69 cases were squamous cell carcinoma, ER positive, double positive 42% and PR positive 23.18%. The receptor positive in well-differentiated and moderately differentiated carcinoma was significantly higher than that in poorly differentiated carcinoma, suggesting that the degree of differentiation was different and the receptor level changed accordingly. So to some extent, the level of receptor can reflect the differentiation of cancer. Description of cervical cancer in part, there is a certain dependence on sex hormones, cancer contains well-functioning ER, PR, suggesting that endocrine therapy may be associated with cervical cancer patients
