学校教育的根本任务是立德树人。以规则、制度、奖惩为标准,以灌输、说教为主要方式的外施性德育模式低质低效。儿童美好的学习生活是德育的基础,把德育与美育有机地结合,探索“以美润德”的德育模式:美的课堂是根本,美的管理是关键,美的课程是源泉,美的环境是保障。学生的生命得到激扬,人的固有的向上的力量得以发挥,让学生充分享受学习和成长的快乐,从而变得大方自信、向真、向善、向美,形成积极高尚的道德情操和良好的道德本性,这才是德育的根本。
