本文主要采用文献资料、分析和综合等研究方法,对1989年——2013年间的59篇和其他相关中学生体育活动的相关研究文献进行了综合分析,发现我国学界对中学体育活动的研究主要从以下几个方面展开:1是关于“中学生体育活动与心理活动的关系”方面的研究;2是“体育活动与生理、营养和保健”方面的研究;3是关于“从不同角度或不同城市论述中学生体育活动的现状和对策”。尽管学人们对中学生体育活动研究非常丰富,但研究对象分层不够,非毕业生研究较多,而毕业生研究较少;从研究范围上看也比较模糊,很多学者把体育活动、课外体育活动、体育锻炼和体育参与四者相混淆;研究方法上问卷调查表和综述等的研究方法多,而实验等实证研究非常少见;表层研究多,深层研究少;具体内容研究多,而评价体系和体育教育制度研究少;还有研究内容和形式重复的现象。
