The MCM6256 dynamic RAM is optimized for 64kbyte systems and provides 256kbits of storage with extended page mode that allows random bit access within the selected column up to 512bits. The MCM6256-10 device has a maximum page cycle of 100ns and a maximum access time of 50nS. For MCM 6256-11 and MCM6256-15, the maximum access times are 60 ns and 75 ns, respectively, with periods of 120 ns and 150 ns, respectively.
