In this paper, the detection of serum Helicobacter pylori (HP) IgG antibodies in children with recurrent abdominal pain, to understand the HP infection rate in children with this disease, in order to further understand the causative factors and their prevention provide laboratory basis. PARTICIPANTS: From January 1994 to December 1999, 186 3 children admitted to our hospital showed long-term intermittent abdominal pain. The pain was located on the umbilical cord, upper abdomen or absent.
