自“大比例尺测量規範”(以下簡稱規範)由局正式轉頒以後,我隊的三角點水準點均按規範中規定的標準型式進行埋石。這些標準型式基本仿照蘇聯“全國性大地控制網之中心標石及水準標石”(有軍委测繪局譯印本)。它們經過了蘇聯多年實用,本來無可非議,只是我個人認為這些標石的中心標誌,全係鋼鐵製品,當此廣泛號召節約鋼鐵之際,似尚有商榷之餘地。我所提出的辦法,也不一定適當,只希望通過它引出别的同志的更好辦法,真正做到無損質量,節約鋼鐵和降低成本。在三角點埋石中,規範規定每一個三四等點要用
Since the “Large Scale Measurement Specification” (hereinafter referred to as the standard) was officially handed over by the Board, the triangle point of our team are buried stone according to the standard type specified in the specification. These standard models are basically modeled on the Soviet Union, “the National Center for Earth Control Network standard stone and leveling stone” (with the Bureau of Surveying and mapping). After many years of practical use in the Soviet Union, they were beyond reproach. It is only the opinion that I personally think that these standards are the central symbol of the whole system of steel products. When it is widely called to save steel, there seems to be no room for discussion. The solution I have proposed may not be appropriate. I only hope that through this it will lead to better ways for other comrades to truly achieve quality without loss, save steel and reduce costs.
