ASZ—30型自动苏生器和 AQC—45型浮游矿尘测尘仪,在使用中曾发生数次氧气减压器(以下简称减压器)着火事故。为了能尽快地找出减压器着火原因,以便采取措施,避免事故,在1981年对减压器着火进行了比较系统地试验分析。首先从分析减压器着火现象入手,从理论上进行了一般探讨,然后通过近千次的减压器着火“再现”试验,终于找出了着火原因,提出了避免着火措施。现将情况简介如下,供设计、使用该仪器的单位参考。
ASZ-30 automatic Su Sheng and AQC-45 floating dust dust analyzer, in use there have been several oxygen pressure reducer (hereinafter referred to as pressure reducer) fire accident. In order to find out the cause of the pressure reducer ignition as soon as possible in order to take measures to avoid accidents, in 1981, a comparatively systematic experiment on the pressure reducer was conducted. First of all, starting with the analysis of the phenomenon of the pressure reducer ignition, a general discussion is made in theory. After that, after nearly 1,000 times of the pressure reducer ignition “reappearance” test, the cause of the fire was finally found and the fire prevention measures were put forward. Now the situation is as follows, for the design, use of the instrument unit reference.
