3月31日,农业部2014年财务工作会议在京召开。会议总结回顾了2013年部系统财务工作,分析了当前财政改革形势和要求,部署了今年的重点工作。农业部副部长张桃林强调,要加强项目整合,优化资金结构,推进项目和预算绩效管理,提高资金使用效益;加强监督检查,落实问题整改,严格执行厉行节约反对浪费各项制度,提高财务工作的制度化和规范化水平。
