以损失数作为目标函数来表征该热力学过程的不可逆程度,分析了管道内对流换热过程中的损。考察了管道工质的雷诺数对损失数的影响,并在定热流密度和定壁温两种情况下对损失系数进行了优化,结果表明:在定热流密度下,当流量为定值而管内径为变量时,损失系数有优化值。在定壁温情况下,损失系数无优化值。
The loss number is taken as the objective function to characterize the degree of irreversibility of the thermodynamic process, and the loss in the convection heat transfer process is analyzed. The influence of Reynolds number on the number of losses was investigated. The coefficient of loss was optimized under the condition of constant heat flux and constant wall temperature. The results show that under constant heat flux density, when the flow rate is constant When the pipe diameter is a variable, the loss coefficient has an optimal value. In the case of constant wall temperature, the loss factor has no optimal value.
