▲对螺旋钻孔钻进工艺及有关理论问题,许多单位都进行了研究探讨,提出了许多有益的见解。城乡建设环保部综合勘察院为北京彩色电视台施工设计了大直径(800毫米)长螺旋钻具,应用效果较好。他们对螺旋钻具结构参数及应用技术参数从理论上进行了分析和探讨。北京市建筑工程研究所对螺旋钻常遇到的工艺问题,产生原因及解决途径提出看法。认为保持输土畅通是钻进的关键,要适当选择转速,其最低转速和土的内摩擦角及成孔直径的平方根成反比关系。还对防止孔斜、孔经扩大或缩小,处理孔底虚土和塌孔及钻进硬层等都进行了论述。

But also to prevent the hole oblique, the hole by the expansion or contraction, dealing with the bottom of the hole and the collapse of the hole drilled into hard and so on were discussed.
