日本钢铁企业为了应对铁矿资源劣化的趋势和降低生产成本,近年来不断提高澳大利亚豆矿和马拉曼巴铁矿粉在烧结中的配比。为了在大量提高低价矿配比的情况下生产出优质低渣比烧结矿,提出了MEBIOS技术,并进行了大量实验室基础性研究。本文就MEBIOS的工艺特点,以及关于生球团成分设计、烧结料层透气性与产率影响因素、烧结矿还原性影响因素、生球团在基体烧结料层中置入方式等研究及结果作一介绍,并对MEBIOS技术的可行性、生球团的粒度与强度等进行了讨论。
In response to the trend of deterioration of iron ore resources and the reduction of production costs, Japanese steel companies have been continuously increasing the proportion of iron ore in Australia and Marambhang iron ore in sintering in recent years. In order to produce high-quality low-slag ratio sinter with a large amount of low-cost ore, a MEBIOS technology was proposed and a great deal of laboratory basic research was carried out. In this paper, the characteristics of MEBIOS process, as well as the composition of raw pellets design, sintering layer permeability and yield factors, sinter reduction factors, raw pellets in the matrix sintered material into the way and so on A presentation, and the feasibility of MEBIOS technology, raw pellet size and intensity were discussed.
