德育教育是学生工作重要内容,作为家长、教师和学校如何有效进行,这是一个非常重要的研究课题。本文通过文献法、经验总结法及归纳法等对中等专业学校学生德育教育问题产生原因和实施教育的途径与策略进行了探究。研究认为影响学生德育教育效果的因素有四个维度,即学生自身、社会、家庭和学校;有效进行德育教育的途径与策略可以归纳为“更新德育观念,强化终身发展”、“明确德育目标,强化内容优化”、“改进教育方法,强化途径拓展。”
Moral education is an important part of student work. As an effective method for parents, teachers and schools, it is a very important research topic. This paper explores the causes of moral education in secondary vocational schools and the ways and tactics of implementing education through the methods of literature, experience and induction. The research thinks that there are four factors that affect the effect of moral education of students, namely, students themselves, society, families and schools. The ways and strategies of effective moral education can be summed up as follows: “Renewing the concept of moral education and strengthening lifelong development”, “ Moral education goals, to strengthen the content optimization ”, “ improve education methods, strengthen the way to expand. ”
