今天我演讲的题目是《文献收藏的人文价值与意义》,我先从去年7月以来自己碰到的几个案例讲起,然后对收藏归纳一点想法,与大家分享。一、去年7月,上海有家拍卖行要拍卖一家书店拿出来的500多种2900余册的抗战期刊,当时我任市新闻出版局副局长,分管博物馆工作,属下报告我时离拍卖只有几天时间,总标的是200万人民币(大概就是一个名贵官窑瓷器1%的价钱就可以买下来)。当时我感到此事非常重要,也很紧急,需要马上处理,
