严峻的就业形势对大学生的心理产生了很大的冲击。贫困大学生作为高校中的一个特殊群体,他们在就业过程中的就业心理非常复杂,既有积极的一面也有消极的一面。只有因势利导,采取建立完备的资助体系、营造平等自由的教育环境、建立健全心理辅导机制、成立贫困生社团等方式来提高贫困大学生的就业心理调节能力,为其顺利就业提供心理保障。
The severe employment situation has a great impact on the psychology of college students. As a special group of college students, impoverished college students have a very complicated employment psychology in employment, both on the positive side and on the negative side.
