目的 :对不同海拔高度不同进驻高原时间战士尿 10项进行检测 ,探讨高原低氧居住时间对肾功能的损害关系及适应性 ;方法 :采用尿液分析仪对 10 3 8名不同入伍年限健康男性武警战士进行尿液检测 ,以平原地区健康战士为对照组 ;结果 :不同高海拔区同年限阳性率均较对照组高 ,差异均有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,初入高海拔区阳性率均显著高于对照组各年度兵 (P <0 .0 1) ;结论 :高原低氧等环境因素对肾脏有较轻微的损害 ,随着居住时间延长 ,机体对高原适应能力增强 ,这可能与血液流变学正常和异常改变有关。
OBJECTIVE: To test the urinary excretion rate of 10 soldiers entering the plateau at different altitudes, and to explore the relationship between impairment of renal function and accommodation during altitude sickness.METHODS: A total of 10 3 8 healthy men The results showed that the positive rate of the same year in different high altitude areas was higher than that in the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05), the initial high altitude (P0.01) .Conclusion: Environmental factors such as plateau hypoxia have minor damage to the kidneys. With the extension of living time, the adaptability of the body to the plateau is enhanced, This may be related to normal and abnormal changes in hemorheology.
