患者36岁,住院号8804。因右下腹痛8小时于1992年11月27日入院。孕3产3,末次月经1992年11月1日。入院8小时前因无诱因突发右下腹痛,呈持续性阵发性加剧,伴肛门坠胀感,继而转为全腹痛。恶心、眩晕、乏力、无晕厥及抽搐,无阴道流血。既往7～8年来偶有右下腹痛,曾诊为卵巢囊肿慢性蒂扭转。月经17 4/(30～40),量中,无痛经,近2年月经周期不规律,10～40天,经量少。
