以平菇菌种上分离的细菌、真菌为研究对象,制备不同质液比的大蒜、乙酸乙酯提取液,采用抑菌圈法研究了大蒜提取液对平菇生产中的竞争性杂菌的抑制作用,采用菌丝生长速度法测定了大蒜提取液对平菇菌丝生长的影响。结果表明:以质液比1∶2提取48h的大蒜提取液对竞争性杂菌的抑制效果明显,在加入1%(质液比1∶2)提取液pH 8~9培养基上既不影响平菇菌丝生长,又能较好地抑制各类杂菌。
The bacteria and fungi isolated from Pleurotus ostreatus were used as research objects to prepare garlic and ethyl acetate extracts with different ratio of liquid and liquid. The antibacterial circle method was used to study the effects of garlic extract on competitive bacteria in the production of Pleurotus ostreatus Inhibition, using mycelium growth rate method was measured garlic extract of Pleurotus ostreatus growth. The results showed that the garlic extract extracted at a ratio of 1: 2 at the ratio of 1: 2 had obvious inhibitory effect on competitive bacteria, and had no effect on pH 8-9 medium with 1% (liquid to liquid ratio 1: 2) Pleurotus ostreatus growth, but also better inhibit all kinds of bacteria.
