随着市场经济的发展,企业经营环境日趋复杂,经营风险也大为增加。企业、行业之间的竞争日益加剧,如何防范风险、加强风险管理,已成为企业经营者面临的重要问题。特别在当前后危机时代,房地产企业进入新一轮洗牌,如何加强风险控制,寻求在微利时代下的盈利之道、生存之道,显得尤为重要。本文在此结合本企业在内控体系构建过程中的实践,就在重要管控流程中如何识别风险、防范风险进行粗浅探讨。
With the development of market economy, the operating environment of enterprises is becoming more and more complicated, and the operating risks are greatly increased. The competition between enterprises and industries is getting more and more serious. How to prevent risks and strengthen risk management has become an important issue for business operators. Especially in the current post-crisis era, it is particularly important for real estate enterprises to enter a new round of reshuffling, how to strengthen risk control, seek profitability in the era of low profit, and survive. In this paper, the combination of the enterprise in the process of building the internal control system in the practice of important management and control processes in how to identify risks and prevent risks to conduct a superficial discussion.
