当前护士执业资格考试(简称护考)通过率已成为评估学校教育教学质量的重要指标之一。为提高考试通过率,各职业院校也从教学内容到形式、理论到实践进行相应的修改和完善。本文通过解析当前护生复习及考试中存在的主要问题,结合教学及改革实际,从改革教育教学模式、培养良好学习习惯、加强学生管理3方面提出针对性措施,旨在优化教学过程、提高护考通过率。
Passing rate of the current nurse qualification examination (referred to as nursing examinations) has become one of the important indicators to evaluate the quality of school education. In order to improve the examination pass rate, all vocational colleges also make corresponding changes and improvements from the teaching content to the form and from the theory to the practice. By analyzing the main problems existing in current nursing students’ review and examination, combining with the reality of teaching and reform, this article puts forward some countermeasures from the aspects of reforming the teaching mode of education, cultivating good study habits and strengthening student management. The aim is to optimize the teaching process, Examination pass rate.
