从全国到地方,多年来的书画评审已经逐步形成了一整套被广泛认同的机制,各级各类的书画评审一般都是经过了征稿、专家组几轮评选、最终确定获奖名单等程序,在这个过程中,还会约定俗成的进行必要的平衡,使评审的结果更符合各方利益。从程序上说,各级书画展赛的评审总体上都努力遵循公平公正的原则,从结果上来说,通过展赛确实发现和培养了一大批具有真才实学的书画艺术家。《中国钢笔书法》杂志自创刊以来,已经举办了十届钢笔书法大赛,大浪淘沙,现在活跃在各地书坛的很多书家都是从中钢的大赛中走出去的,中钢也为此感到骄傲和欣慰。今年,《中国钢笔书法》杂志社将和西泠印社出版社、中国硬笔书法协会联合主办,以“弘
