40多年前,当“铁人”王进喜被北京城里的汽车背着的“煤气包”所激,以冲天的气概喊出“拼命也要拿下大油田”豪言时,我们便感知了石油的重要;而在“石油工人一声吼,地球也要抖三抖”的英雄豪气化为滚滚油流时,“洋油的时代过去了”的宣言更让亿万人民激奋不已。此后的40年间,华夏大地相继发现了一座座大油田,建起了一座座炼油厂,滚滚的油河比以往任何时候都要汹涌。但随着经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,中国对石油的需求以更快的速度增长,现已超过日本成为世界第二大原油消耗国,且早由石油净出口国变为净进口国。
