马铃薯具有适应性强、产量高、用途广、营养丰富、经济效益高等特点,深受广大菜农及消费者欢迎。但马铃薯对温度条件较敏感,使栽培地区受到一定限制。我国主要栽培区在华北北部及东北一带。我区也属于种性退化较快的地区,在五十年代后期不少村庄曾试种过马铃薯,均因种性退化、产量低而未能成功。天津市蔬菜研究所利用生物工程育成的脱毒马铃薯新品种津引薯1号,成功地解决了这个问题,为扩大马铃薯栽培地域奠定了基础。津引薯1号在我区已种植成功,亩产2000—3500公斤,并获得较高的经济效益,其主要栽培技术如下:
Potato has strong adaptability, high yield, wide use, rich nutrition, high economic efficiency, welcomed by the majority of farmers and consumers.
