根据地面煤层气抽采控制系统基本要求,常规PID控制方式模型的建立存在一定的困难,基于PLC模糊控制的地面煤层气智能抽采控制方法避免了建立模型带来的困难;此方法根据抽采管路中的瓦斯浓度、温度、压力、流量等参数建立了控制策略,通过系统参数利用可编程控制器(PLC)来调整抽采管路中不同浓度下的阀门开度,调整煤层气流量,实现了地面瓦斯抽采泵站对煤层气抽采的智能控制,解决了瓦斯抽采人工控制、半自动控制的不足之处。通过实验室模拟试验,验证了此方法的可行性以及实用性。

Through the laboratory simulation test, the feasibility and practicability of this method are verified.
