看似技术含量不高的集装箱产业其实并不简单。2004年10月,上海胜狮生产的20台冷藏箱因涉嫌侵犯专利权而在装船前半个小时被上海海关强制扣押。这一事件让这批冷藏箱的箱东(集装箱客户)GESeaCo(物流界赫赫有名的集装箱租赁公司,占据全球集装箱租赁市场10%左右的份额)大为震惊。
Seemingly technical content of the container industry is actually not simple. In October 2004, 20 refrigerators produced by Shanghai Shengli were forcibly detained by Shanghai Customs for half an hour before loading on suspicion of patent infringement. This incident astonished GESeaCo, a well-known container leasing company in the world of refrigerated containers, accounting for about 10% of the global container leasing market.
