化学实验室是进行化学实验教学、培养学生技能、开发学生智力的场所,加强化学实验室的建设和管理,充分发挥实验室在化学教学中的作用,是提高教学质量的重要环节。因此,在化学实验室建设初具规模的条件下,必须规范化管理化学实验室。 一、健全实验室管理制度 实验室的制度和规则是实验工作正常运转的保证。通过《实验室管理制度》、《实验室工作职责》,明确学校领导、科任教师和实验员的职责和应遵守的条例,理顺三者之间的关系。
