In Hunan Province, organized by the Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Tendering Bureau, “Hunan Provincial Board of Education owned computer equipment,” the bidding project, Shida computer dominated the province’s Board of Education more than 600 sets of equipment procurement project orders. The total amount of the bidding projects amounted to more than 2.8 million yuan, which is the largest demand for education system in Hunan Province since the government procurement and the most extensive application of a procurement.
