探讨了利用离子选择电极法测定钾肥中钾含量的方法。提出了离子选择电极法在测定钾肥中的新用途。其检出限为2.63×10-6moL/L,相对标准偏差为2.20%~2.35%,回收率为94.88%~97.95%。用国际标准方法——四苯硼酸钠重量法、紫外-可见分光光度法和离子选择电极法对腐植酸钾及普通化肥中的钾含量进行测定,并对此3种方法的优缺点进行比较。结果表明,离子选择电极法简便、快速、准确,可以作为钾肥中钾含量测定的通用方法。
The method for determining potassium content in potash fertilizer by ion selective electrode method was discussed. The new use of ion selective electrode method in determination of potassium fertilizer was proposed. The detection limit was 2.63 × 10-6moL / L and the relative standard deviation was 2.20% -2.35%. The recoveries ranged from 94.88% to 97.95%. The contents of potassium in potassium humate and common fertilizer were determined by sodium tetraphenylborate gravimetry, UV-visible spectrophotometry and ion-selective electrode method, and the advantages and disadvantages of the three methods were compared. The results show that the ion-selective electrode method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used as a universal method for the determination of potassium in potash fertilizer.
