目前国内广泛应用利凡诺药液羊膜腔内注射行妊娠中、晚期引产的方法作为计划生育的补救措施。笔者在利凡诺药引产护理工作中,发现安定有缩短引产产程的作用。现将66例资料对照分析如下。方法与结果 1.本资料选自1991年4月～1992年4月来我院住院引产孕妇。 2.研究方法 (1)安定组:选择有规律宫缩,宫口开大3cm。静脉缓慢推注安定10mg。观察产程进展及胎儿娩出时间,共33例。
