目的:探讨基层医院药事管理相关问题,并将对策提出。方法:在掌握基层医院药事管理实际情况的基础上,对其存在的普遍问题进行归纳汇总,并以此为依据提出应对策略。结果:调查结果显示,目前基层医院在从事药事管理方面存在的问题主要表现为观念落后、管理安全意识匮乏、管理制度不完善及其药学人员结构不合理且人才匮乏。结论:要想强化基层医院药事管理,就必须更新管理理念、强化安全管理意识、完善管理制度和提升药学工作者的综合素质。
Objective: To discuss the problems related to pharmacy management in primary hospitals and put forward the countermeasures. Methods: On the basis of grasping the actual situation of pharmacy management in primary hospitals, the common problems existing in them were summarized and summarized, and the countermeasures were put forward based on them. Results: The survey results show that the main problems in the current grassroots hospital management are the backward concepts, the lack of awareness of safety management, the imperfect management system, the irrational structure of pharmaceutical personnel and the shortage of qualified personnel. Conclusion: In order to strengthen the drug administration in primary hospitals, we must update the management concept, strengthen the safety management awareness, improve the management system and enhance the overall quality of pharmacy workers.
