双曲超材料对近场辐射换热有新的影响模式,能够影响近场热辐射。本文研究了双曲超材料近场热辐射的穿透深度,考察了双曲超材料填充系数和不同类型双曲模式对穿透深度的影响。研究表明双曲超材料能够获得更大的穿透深度。这将为双曲超材料近场热辐射在热光伏和辐射制冷等领域的广泛应用提供理论基础。
Hyperbolic metamaterials have a new mode of influence on near-field radiation heat transfer that can affect near-field thermal radiation. In this paper, we study the penetration depth of near-field heat radiation in hyperbolic metamaterials and investigate the influence of hyperbolic metamaterial filling factor and different hyperbolic modes on the penetration depth. Research shows hyperbolic metamaterials can achieve greater penetration depth. This will provide the theoretical basis for the wide application of hyperbolic metamaterial near-field thermal radiation in the fields of thermal photovoltaic and radiation cooling.
