本文根据外加磁场对磁流体和被密封液体界面稳定性的影响 ,对磁流体液体密封结构中的轴向漏磁参数进行了优化设计。结果表明 ,在密封旋转轴上添加合适厚度的高导磁套和合适宽度的非导磁垫圈 ,可以有效地将密封界面处的漏磁控制在界面稳定性阈值以下 ,从而保证磁流体液体密封中磁流体和被密封液体的界面稳定性。
In this paper, according to the influence of applied magnetic field on the stability of the interface between the magnetic fluid and the liquid being sealed, the axial magnetic flux leakage parameters in the magnetic fluid liquid seal structure are optimized. The results show that adding a high-permeability sleeve with appropriate thickness and a non-magnetic washer of suitable width on the sealed rotating shaft can effectively control the magnetic flux leakage at the sealing interface below the interface stability threshold so as to ensure the magnetic fluid liquid seal Interfacial stability between magnetic fluid and liquid to be sealed.
