Berchtesgaden National Park is Germany’s only Alpine National Park. This national park covering 21,000 hectares in the south-eastern corner of Bavaria was listed as a protected nature reserve back in 1978. At the entrance of the National Park, the new Visitor Center and Exhibition Hall recently opened by Horst Zehhofer, the governor of Bavaria, Germany, provided a good reference for further approaching and experiencing this vast and peculiar natural world . This exhibition perfectly shows the harmonious relationship between architecture, exhibition hall and the magnificent landscape around. The overall concept and design of the exhibition hall was completed by the German ATELIER BR (U | ¨) CKNER GmbH, which aims to show the difference in elevation between the calm Lake Kingschberg and the towering Watzmann mountain in the Berchtesgaden National Park Novel and interesting “vertical strip of natural landscape and ecological group ” wonderful picture. The whole picture of the natural ecology is presented in a landscape of abstract panoramas. Visitors can enjoy the four seasons of different landscape changes in the National Park through the change of indoor light and shadow.
