目前世界各国都力图扩大应用电传动装置的机器人。采用电动传动装置与得到广泛应用的液压及气动传动的机器人相比有许多根本性的优点。由于各种传感器的产生不断完善,制造各种执行电机的显著进步,以及借助微处理机技术使得执行机构的控制质量大幅度的提高,致使电动式机器人制造费用降低,技术上易于实现。又由于微处理机系统能实时地实现数字控制的复杂算法,极大地提高了机器人控制的灵活性。多关节机器人具有作用于周围对象执行机构并装有收集周围环境信息的传感器,能适应可变的环境,可按多维系统加以描述。
At present, all countries in the world are trying to expand the use of electric actuator robots. There are a number of fundamental advantages of using electric actuators compared to the widely used hydraulically and pneumatically driven robots. Due to the continuous improvement of various sensors and the remarkable progress made in manufacturing all kinds of motors, the control quality of the actuators is greatly improved by the microprocessor technology, resulting in the reduction of the manufacturing cost of the electric robots and the technical realization. And because the microprocessor system realizes the complicated algorithm of digital control in real time, it greatly improves the flexibility of robot control. Multi-joint robots have sensors that act on the surrounding object’s actuators and collect information about the surroundings, adapting to a variable environment and are described by multidimensional systems.
