用FITC -SPA和IFA技术同时检测EHF病人早期、恢复期血清抗体及家兔、家猫、黑线姬鼠、褐家鼠血清中EHF抗体 ,符合率均为 1 0 0 % ;检测鼠肺、黄鼬肺、猪肺等组织中EHF病毒抗原其阳性符合率亦为 1 0 0 % ;盲检 6份家猫血清亦获满意结果。实验表明FITC -SPA技术检测EHF抗原、抗体与IFA技术同样敏感与特异。而且不需制备各种动物的特异性抗抗体 ,应用范围更加广泛。
EHF antibody levels in early and convalescent sera of EHF patients and in rabbits, domestic cats, Apodemus agrarius, and Rattus norvegicus were detected by FITC-SPA and IFA respectively, and the coincidence rates were 100%. The lung, The positive coincidence rate of EHF virus antigen in the yellow ferret lung, lung and other tissues was also 100%, and blind seizures of 6 domesticated cats also achieved satisfactory results. Experiments show that FITC-SPA technology to detect EHF antigen, antibody and IFA technology is equally sensitive and specific. And do not need to prepare a variety of animal-specific anti-antibodies, a wider range of applications.
