随着我国经济的发展,对人才的需求越来越多,高校的扩招掀起了建设新校区的浪潮。在高校进行新校区建设时,通常会采用贷款的方式来筹集资金。随着高校建设规模的膨胀,以及超越偿还能力的过度负债,使许多高校很容易陷入债务危机。解决高校的债务风险是促进高校顺利运行的重要问题。本文主要探讨新校区建成后高校的偿还贷款的对策。
With the economic development in our country, the demand for qualified personnel is increasing. The enrollment expansion in universities has set off a wave of building new campuses. When building a new campus in colleges and universities, loans are usually used to raise funds. With the expansion of the university’s construction scale and over-indebtedness beyond its ability to repay, many colleges and universities are easily caught up in the debt crisis. Solving the Debt Risk of Higher Education Institutions Is an Important Problem to Promote the Smooth Running of Colleges and Universities. This article mainly discusses the countermeasures of the university’s loan repayment after the new campus is completed.
