思想政治工作是我们党的优良传统,是经济工作和其他工作的生命线。面对伟大的社会变革,要使思想政治工作这棵生命树长青,就必须着力于工作的创新。 一、观念要创新。随着社会主义市场经济的发展,与之相关的市场观念、效益观念、竞争观念、人才观念等开始形成,这些新观念是对传统观念的扬弃,是推进经济发展和社会进步的精神动力。作为思想政治工作者,只有清醒地了解这些新问题,更新观念、有的放矢地做好思想政治工作,才能增强思想政治工作的时效性。
