右旋醣酐铁过敏临床少见,现将我院收治的2例报告如下。例1:女患,44岁,住院号5328—2。患者因患缺铁性贫血肌注右旋醣酐铁治疗。每日50mg,用药1周后,因注射部位疼痛及药物吸收不佳而停药。于停药后第11天再次注射。当病人肌注50mg右旋醣酐铁之后,刚拔出针头,病人立即感到心悸、气促、头部剧痛、恶心欲吐、腰痛、手足麻木、关节痛疼,并高声尖叫。检查病人皮肤潮红,可见散在充血样皮疹。四肢
