据报载:最高人民检察院2004年颁布的《检察人员 纪律处分条例》规定:凡检察人员发生《条例》中列举 的10类81种违法违纪行为的,将被处以警告、记过、记 大过、降级、撤职、开除等不同形式的纪律处分,并且 将拒不承担抚养教育或者赡养义务,虐待或者遗弃家庭
