梯子是人们生产生活中所常见的登高用具,一般用竹、木制成,供人逐级上下。用“爬梯子”来比喻新歌教学,一是学习新歌的过程如同爬梯子,逐级攀登直至完成学习任务,达成教学目标。二是梯子的每层结构好比教学的各个环节,环环紧扣、循序渐进、不断登高。下面,笔者就从“爬梯子”说起,来谈一谈中小学新歌教学。新歌教学的第一步骤开始“爬梯子”。首先要完成的是梯子最下端的一层即感知新歌阶段,也是一节课的基础环节,该环节要适当安排学生带着问题听音乐,问题设计要有针对性,有启发性,难易适中,问题的切入点要小,从小处着手,从学生已有知识和生活经验入手,以提高聆听的质量。
