Guanlu Co., Ltd. is the largest aluminum smelting enterprise in Yuncheng City. Since its production of the new 70,000-ton electrolytic aluminum production plant was put into operation in July of last year, its production scale has reached a production capacity of 103,000 tons. According to the relevant national policies, the company has complied with the policy of enjoying 2 cents per kWh of electricity. In order to help enterprises implement this preferential policy, the Municipal Price Bureau reported on various efforts and strived for the Guanlu Group.
