One of the obvious consequences of FDI is the qualitative and quantitative impact on the employment of the host country, which plays a role in raising the level of employment in the host country. With the increasing participation of women in export-oriented manufacturing activities, the idea of women’s employment has evolved from “marginalization” to “containment.” Economic practice shows that women in many areas of international direct investment have far outnumber men, but women are mostly engaged in low-skilled jobs.
