近年来由于国家对科技创新的重视和农药企业自身发展的要求,国内农药领域专利申请量逐年增长,国内农药领域知识产权战略的争夺也越发的激烈,许多企业不惜花费重金聘请科研人才,与大学、科研院所建立产、学、研基地,极大地丰富了企业科技创新的原动力。笔者总结了近3年来农药领域专利申请公开(公告)的种类和数量,参见表1。从表1可以看出,2010年7141件(当年累积公开(公告)的专利),到2011年7521件,至2012年7614件,农药专利申请量呈现出高位增长的态势,但是这其中有部分专利涉及的内容几乎完全相同,反映出
In recent years, due to the state’s emphasis on scientific and technological innovation and the requirements of pesticide enterprises’ own development, the number of patent applications in the domestic pesticide field has been increasing year by year. The battle over the intellectual property strategy in the domestic pesticide field has also become more and more fierce. Many enterprises spend huge amounts of money hiring scientific research personnel and universities , Research institutes to establish production, study and research base, which greatly enriched the driving force of technological innovation in enterprises. The author summarizes the past three years the field of pesticide patent applications open (bulletin) types and quantities, see Table 1.
