本文在论述普通分层燃烧缺点的基础上,提出了以两次喷油技术来组织进气道喷射式汽油机稀混合气燃烧的新概念。即将每循环所需的燃油量分作两部分在不同时刻喷射:一部分为在缸内形成均质混合气提供条件;另一部分为保证着火而在缸内气流的配合下,将火花塞周围的混合气加浓。这样既可调节火花塞附近的混合气浓度,又可调节大空间的稀混合气浓度,从而避免了普通分层燃烧中常见的因分层度过高而带来的诸多缺点。通过在五气门电控汽油机上,结合涡流控制阀进行的稀燃试验,证实了这种方案的优越性
On the basis of discussing the flaws of ordinary stratified combustion, this paper proposed a new concept of using two injecting technologies to organize the lean-mixture combustion of port injection gasoline engine.
