患者女,30岁,主因间断发热、心悸、气紧10天于1996年1月23日入院,查体:体温38℃,呼吸:28次/分,脉博:160次/分,血压16.0/9.33千帕,端坐呼吸,贫血貌,皮肤无出血点,浅表淋巴结不肿大,口唇柴绀,颈静脉怒张,两肺密集湿罗音,心界向两侧增大,心率:160次/分,律齐,心光部可闻及Ⅲ级收缩期吹风样杂音,肝脾肿大,双下肢可凹
The female patient, 30 years old, was admitted to hospital on January 23, 1996 due to intermittent fever, palpitations, and tightness. The examination included: body temperature 38°C, respiration: 28 beats/min, pulse rate: 160 beats/min, and blood pressure 16.0/ 9.33 kPa, sitting breathing, anaemia appearance, skin without bleeding, superficial lymph nodes are not swollen, lip chopped fire, jugular vein engorgement, dense lung rales of the two lungs, the heart border increases to both sides, heart rate: 160 Times/minutes, law, heart and optics can be heard and class III contraction hair-like murmur, hepatosplenomegaly, both lower limbs can be concave
