概况与材料方法 某铀矿是1962年投产的,常见的岩石有硅质岩、石英岩和炭质岩,铀矿石品位约在0.1％左右。初期除一坑口采用手锤或风镐生产外,其它各坑口均采用风钻作业,打干眼从侧面用胶管冲水。从1959年开始逐渐推行湿式凿岩,但直到1963年仍有先开风、后开水,甚至还有个别人暗地里打干眼的现象。通过1966年的防尘降氡大会战,才基本上实现了湿式凿岩标准化和在各主要工序采取了一些有效的防尘措施。
Overview and Materials Method A uranium mine was put into operation in 1962. Common rocks include siliceous rocks, quartzites and carbonaceous rocks. The grade of uranium ore is about 0.1%. In addition to a pit at the beginning of the use of hand hammer or picks production, the other pit are used pneumatic drilling operations, dry eye from the side with hose flushing. Since 1959, wet rock drilling has been gradually introduced. However, it was not until 1963 that there was still some open air and water afterwards. There were even people who secretly drilled their eyes. Through the dust-proof convention of 1966, the standardization of wet rock drilling has been basically achieved and some effective dust prevention measures have been taken in all major processes.
