目的观察个性化护理结合健康教育对小儿手足口病感染防控护理的效果。方法收集2015年4月至2016年12月护理的85例手足口病患儿资料,将其设为对照组(40例)、观察组(45例),前者以常规护理,后者以个性化护理+健康教育,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组皮疹时间、痊愈时间均较对照组时间短(P<0.05);其总体健康、生理功能、精神状态评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论以个性化护理联合健康教育对手足口病患儿干预效果显著,能有效缩短患儿症状改善时间,促进生活质量提高。
Objective To observe the effects of personalized nursing combined with health education on prevention and control of hand-foot-mouth disease in children. Methods A total of 85 children with hand-foot-mouth disease were collected from April 2015 to December 2016. The data were collected as control group (n = 40) and observation group (n = 45). The former was treated with routine nursing and the latter with personalized Nursing + health education, comparing the two groups of nursing effects. Results The rash time and recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of overall health, physiological function and mental status in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The intervention of personalized nursing combined with health education has significant effect on children with hand-foot-mouth disease, which can effectively shorten the time for symptom improvement in children and improve the quality of life.
