Base Overview Beijing Petrochemical New Material Industry Demonstration Base (hereinafter referred to as “Petrochemical Industry Base”) is located in the east of Fangshan District in Beijing. It enjoys an advantageous geographic location and is the southwestern gateway to the capital Beijing. The initial planning area is about 30 square kilometers, which consists of two parts: the core area and the industrial development area. Among them, the core area is divided into Western District and Eastern District. The West District mainly refers to Yanshan Petrochemical’s core sector, and the East District is divided into fine chemical sector, petrochemical new material sector and major project reserved sector;
