无论是水管锅炉,还是卧式烟火管锅炉,其受热面管子与锅筒或管板胀接连接质量的优劣,对锅炉安全经济运行,都有十分重要的作用。笔者在从事锅炉检验工作的实践中发现,有的锅炉制造.安装、榆修单位,在锅炉胀接工作上存在不少问题,不但给安全运行造成隐患,而且也引起了一些不应有的经济损失。本文就工业锅炉的胀接原理、影响胀接质量的因素及胀接质量控制作阐述,以共有关单位在胀接工作中参考。
