主要研究P-RE复合作用提高钢铁材料耐大气腐蚀性的机制。通过模拟工业大气环境的周期浸润实验室加速试验,制备锈层;并通过X射线衍射等手段对锈层进行分析。结合薄液膜下初期腐蚀过程观察,并对腐蚀过程中微区pH值变化进行跟踪,结果发现:P-RE复合作用促进保护性锈层组织α-FeOOH形成;P-RE复合作用改变夹杂物性质,影响微区pH值变化,影响腐蚀过程发生,促进保护性锈层产生。
Mainly to study the P-RE compound to improve the mechanism of atmospheric corrosion resistance of steel materials. The rust layer was prepared by simulating the cyclic infiltration laboratory accelerated test of industrial atmosphere. The rust layer was analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction. Combined with the observation of the initial corrosion process under the thin liquid film, and tracking the changes of the pH value in the micro-zone during the corrosion process, it was found that the P-RE complexation promoted the formation of α-FeOOH in the protective rust layer structure; Nature, affect the pH value changes in the micro-zone, affecting the corrosion process, promote the production of protective rust layer.
