[目的]研究对蜂蜜中所含7种金属元素同时进行测定的方法。[方法]用硝酸、高氯酸硝化蜂蜜,采用ICP-AES法技术同时测定蜂蜜中铁、镉、铜、铅、镍、锌、铝。对共存离子干扰和谱线干扰进行了试验,选择出最佳谱线及仪器方法条件。[结果]方法的标准偏差:0.07％～0.44％,标准添加回收率:92％～109％。[结论]此种方法快速、可靠有一定的应用价值。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the method of simultaneous determination of seven kinds of metal elements contained in honey. [Method] The nitric acid and perchloric acid were used to nitrify the honey and the simultaneous determination of iron, cadmium, copper, lead, nickel, zinc and aluminum in honey by ICP-AES method. The coexistence of ion interference and spectral line interference were tested to select the best spectral line and instrument method conditions. [Results] The standard deviation of the method: 0.07% ~ 0.44%, the standard recovery rate: 92% ~ 109%. [Conclusion] This method is fast and reliable and has certain application value.
